Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive financial audits across a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
  
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of financial systems, internal controls, and business processes during the examination and validation of financial statements.
  
• Spearhead and lead junior audit staff, overseeing the planning, execution, and timely completion of audit engagements.
  
• Identify financial risks, control deficiencies, and operational inefficiencies; communicate findings to clients with strategic recommendations for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with clients to implement enhancements in internal controls and financial reporting processes.
  
• Specialize in risk assessment and variance analysis, delivering insights to optimize financial strategies and mitigate business risks.
  
• Apply strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
  
• Conduct substantive testing and analytical procedures to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  
• Ensure the integrity of financial reporting by meticulously examining key financial metrics, accounts, and transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified / Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
  
• 02 years of audit experience post-qualification
  
• Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and ICAI auditing standards.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
  
• Ability to lead audit engagements and manage teams effectively.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other audit-related tools.
