Senior Executive - Marketing

Job Summary:

As a Senior Marketing Executive/ Assistant Manager - Marketing, you will play a key role in driving Orient Groups marketing efforts across offline and online platforms. You will plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, coordinate store-level activations, and ensure brand visibility and customer engagement that contributes to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute seasonal and store-level marketing campaigns
• Coordinate media campaigns across Print, Radio, Outdoor, and Digital platforms
• Track ROI and share detailed reports with management

Store Promotions & Events

• Plan and manage new store launches, festive offers, and special promotions
• Organize high-impact market activations and influencer engagements
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors for smooth execution

Brand Communication

• Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals (posters, banners, social media creatives)
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communication

Market Research & Analysis

• Analyze customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends
• Identify opportunities and recommend marketing strategies

Sales Support

• Work closely with showroom teams to roll out offers and promotions
• Track and analyze monthly footfall and sales data

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in Retail / Jewellery Marketing
• Strong knowledge of local and regional marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Bengali preferred)
• Experience in agency & vendor management
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva/Basic Design Tools & Digital Marketing is a plus
