1. Identify & approach Retail and F&B brands which will have business viability in the premises.
2. Conduct site visits with brands directly or through channel partners.
3. Should have a good knowledge in leasing and drafting of lease contracts.
4. Negotiate commercial terms and other terms of contract with potential parties
5. Assist with board outs and fit outs of brands in the premises and serve as point of liaison till operations commencement of the brands in the premises
