Job Description

Job Title:

Role Overview:

The Sr. Executive KPI will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) within the warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves data analysis, performance reporting, and coordination with operations teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and logistics KPIs.
Prepare accurate MIS reports and performance dashboards for management.
Analyze operational data to identify gaps, delays, or deviations in performance.
Collaborate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, SLAs, and safety standards.
Conduct root cause analysis for any deviations in KPI performance.
Support management in strategic planning by providing insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations).
3–5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse KPI monitoring & reporting.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
