Position Overview

Senior Executive IT (ERP Troubleshooter),

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  first line of support

  for ERP (

  Dynamics 365

  ) troubleshooting and resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve functional/technical issues related to ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Inventory, etc.).
• Proficiency in using range of

  Software Applications like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) etc.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, analyse, and resolve Software applications-related concerns.
• Document issues, solutions, and user guidelines for future reference.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors/partners for escalated issues, upgrades, and patches.
• Train and support end-users to maximize adoption, efficiency, and effective use of ERP and related software applications.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and data integrity within ERP/CRM platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

  modules and architecture.
• Experience in ERP troubleshooting, issue analysis, and resolution.
• Exposure to

  CRM systems

  (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platforms).
• Ability to understand business processes and map them into ERP functionalities.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries for backend troubleshooting and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with business users and IT vendors.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve critical issues quickly.

Education Qualification

• B.Tech/MCA/BCA or equivalent qualification or Any Graduate (

  Preferred candidates with ERP/CRM certifications

  )

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years

  of relevant experience in ERP troubleshooting (preferably

  Dynamics 365

  ) with exposure to CRM systems.
