About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
regular stock audits
across warehouses and trade channels to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent losses.
Identify discrepancies between physical stock and system stock; investigate and report variances.
Evaluate
sales and distribution processes
to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Audit primary and secondary sales processes, promotional schemes, and returns.
Review and assess the effectiveness of controls related to inventory, sales, and trade promotions.
Recommend improvements to optimize inventory management, reduce pilferage, and enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations) to address audit findings.
Prepare detailed reports with findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
Ensure compliance with statutory norms and internal policies, particularly related to stock handling and trade practices.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field; CA Inter or equivalent is a plus.
4+ years of experience
in auditing, preferably in the
beauty & wellness industry.
Strong knowledge of
stock audits
, inventory controls, and warehouse operations.
Solid understanding of
sales processes, trade channels
, and
distribution models
in a product-centric company.
Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to warehouses, and trade partners as needed.
