Job Description

Position - Internal Auditor
Location - Mohali
#immediateHiring

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits as per approved audit plans and schedules
Review financial records, expense claims, travel reimbursements, and vendor payments
Identify control gaps, policy violations, and process inefficiencies
Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Verify employee bills, reimbursements, and detect irregularities or fraudulent activities
Prepare audit reports with findings, observations, and recommendations
Follow up on audit observations and track corrective actions
Coordinate with departments to obtain required information and clarifications
Support management in risk assessment and internal control improvements

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of auditing standards and internal controls
Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance
Analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel and audit documentation
Effective communication and report-writing skills
