Job Description

WE ARE HIRING - INTERNAL AUDITOR

Location: Alappuzha Region

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of auditing experience in Microfinance (MFI) is mandatory
Strong knowledge of internal audit processes, compliance, and risk assessment
Willingness to travel to various branches as part of audit activities
Age: Below 38 years

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits across branches to ensure policy and regulatory compliance
Verify operational, financial, and process controls
Identify risks, gaps, and deviations, and suggest corrective actions
Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
Follow up on audit observations and implementation status
