Senior Executive - Human Resources

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the overall wellbeing of the factory, aiming to improve working conditions, increase working efficiency, boost employee morale, and create a professionally cordial atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: - Establish contacts and hold consultations to maintain harmonious relations between factory management and workers. - Bring grievances of workers to the factory management for quick resolution. - Drive labour policies for smooth factory operations. - Manage employee welfare amenities like transportation, rest shelters, medical facilities, creche, etc., to establish a positive working environment. - Ensure clean and hygienic functioning of the canteen. - Provide proper facilities and amenities such as sanitization facilities, drinking water, overall hygiene, housekeeping, etc., for the workmen. - Assist the Plant HR Manager in fulfilling obligations concerning prevention of personal injuries and maintaining a safe work environment. - Drive various committees to implement welfare facilities and recommendations in the factory. - Support Plant HR Manager in contract labour management and ensure compliance with the law. - Assist in industrial relations at the plant and ensure smooth functioning of security services. Day to Day Routine: - Manage employee relations throughout the plant. - Build a good rapport with external and internal stakeholders. - Manage employee services, transport, canteen, etc. - Oversee employee welfare and plant security management. - Manage contract labour, statutory compliance, time office, office administration, and vendor management. Qualifications Required: - MBA (HR) - Fulltime / PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management with Labor Welfare as a special subject, of not less than two years duration, recognized by a University of the State of Andhra Pradesh. - 5-8 years of experience in labor welfare management. - Effective communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (verbal). - Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities.
