Senior Executive - HR Zirakpur

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR (Sr. Executive /Manager) to join our team in Peer Muchalla, Zirakpur.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, managing recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement
• Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
• Drafting policies, maintaining HR records, and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Profession Tax, LWF etc.)
• Monitoring staff attendance, leaves, and discipline management
• Acting as point of contact between management and employees
• Supporting the management in manpower planning and grievance handling
• Maintaining documentation and assisting in audits as required
• Overseeing general office operations and ensuring workplace efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 3–6 years of proven experience in HR management.

* Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliances, and labor laws.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
