Job Opening - Sr. Tender Executive/ Executive Location-#403, 4th floor, Tricity Plaza, Opp. D-Mart, Sec-20, Panchkula, Zirakpur-140603 Company- DKT Infra and Developers Pvt. Ltd. Responsibilities: · Preparation, Submission stage wise RA and Final bills according to Tender Document. · To prepare BOQ on the basis of Drawings / Site Situation or evaluation of the BOQ for any Tenders or Project. · Tender Documents Preparation and tender submission. · Stage-wise correspondence with concern department / Sub-contractor / Clients etc. · Attending meetings for projects as and when require. · Visit Site and follow up for preparation to start the work till the successful completion of project. · Checking Bills for Sub Contractor / Local team. · Inspection, Vigilance and checking for Quality of work at Site. · Preparation of Work Orders and Purchase Orders for contractors and suppliers. · Preparation of sites for execution and organizing from head office like equipment’s, skilled labor or in house team, Sub-contractor, suppliers for smooth work progress. till final execution.
