Role Summary : Being HRBP, he will be managing HR functions end-to-end Recruitment, HR operations and administrative functions at the plant level, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, efficient contract labour management, employee welfare, vendor coordination, and overall support to HR processes that drive a productive and complete work environment. Note : MSW certification & Kannada language mandatory. Roles and Responsibility: Statutory Compliance Ensure timely adherence to all labour laws applicable under the Factories Act, CLRA, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages Act and POSH Maintain compliance registers, records, licenses, and submission of returns to statutory authorities. Coordinate labour law audits, inspections, and provide required documentation with External Audit Agencies Contract Labour Management Ensuring the contract labour availability as per the business requirement Oversee contractor documentation, wage register and biometric attendance systems Ensure all contract workers are covered under statutory benefits (PF/ESI) and compliance is tracked monthly. Overall CLMS Management Employee Engagement Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives including festivals, birthday celebrations, health camps, and recognition programs. Collect feedback to support employee morale and cultural initiatives. Learning & Development Coordinate onboarding and training programs (technical, safety, behavioral). Maintain training calendars, feedback, attendance, and statutory training compliance. Support implementation of skill development and apprenticeship programs. Grievance Handling Address employee grievances (Mediclaim, workday, canteen, welfare etc) and maintain records. Escalate sensitive or unresolved matters to the HR Manager. Ensure shopfloor discipline and disciplinary action procedure. Vendor Payment Management Ensure PR and PO process for HR Related Validate and process payments for manpower vendors, canteen, housekeeping, transport, etc. Ensure timely collection of bills and coordinate with finance for approvals and processing. Maintain vendors master records and payment tracking dashboards. MIS and HR Dashboards Prepare monthly HR MIS reports covering attendance, overtime, attrition, headcount, and statutory data etc. Maintain compliance tracking dashboards and HR Dashboard and share reports with management. Time Office Operations Manage attendance, shift scheduling, overtime tracking, and leave management. Handle timekeeping records for both permanent and contract employees. Coordinate with payroll for accurate salary processing inputs. Administration & Welfare Oversee plant-level admin services like canteen operations, housekeeping, restrooms, uniforms, drinking water, etc. Ensure regular inspection and hygiene standards. Monitor security, visitor movement, PPE availability, and statutory signage displays. Role Specific Competencies: Proficiency/work experience in HR Tool/software (e.g., Workday, HRIS, ADP, Savior etc.) Proficient in MS office, power point, excel and word Talent Acquisition MIS and data analysis Payroll administration. Employee engagement. Should be able to read, write and speak in Kannada language
