Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive- HR & Administration to join our team at Asahi India Glass Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues related to staffing, equipment, and facilities.
Maintain accurate records and reports on HR metrics and administration activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
