About the Role

The Senior Executive (Health) will drive healthcare growth and program adoption, focusing on expanding diagnostic access, telemedicine services, and community healthcare engagement. Based in Guwahati, the role involves extensive travel across Northeastern states to build and maintain a network of partners, generate business opportunities, and ensure achievement of growth and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operations of diagnostic labs and ensure service quality.

· Ensure facilities meet government regulations and environmental health and safety standards.

· Coordinate the integration of telemedicine and digital health platforms into community healthcare.

· Build and expand a network of associates and local healthcare partners across the Northeast.

· Collaborate with government bodies, NGOs, hospitals, and local providers to strengthen outreach.

· Support in training healthcare associates and technicians, ensuring skill development and compliance.

· Conduct field visits to monitor program performance and provide feedback to management.

· Track program performance and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

· Assist in budget management, reporting, and stakeholder presentations.

· Work towards achieving defined performance and sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant science discipline from a recognized university.

· 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare project execution, rural health programs, or CSR healthcare initiatives.

·Understanding of diagnostics, healthcare delivery, and government health schemes.

· Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, including ability to work with associates and local partners.

· Experience in reporting, tracking performance metrics, and using CRM systems is a plus.

· Ability to travel extensively across Northeast India.

· Familiarity with digital health, telemedicine, or mobile healthcare solutions is an advantage.

· Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling field-level operations independently.
