We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Executive – Food & Beverage with strong exposure to resort operations. The candidate should have complete knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage service standards efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations ensuring smooth service delivery
• Plan, coordinate, and execute banquet functions, events, and group bookings
• Supervise F&B service staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with kitchen, front office, and sales teams for seamless operations
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure high guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory, service equipment, and F&B supplies
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and event-related documentation
• Train staff on service standards, grooming, and guest handling
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in resort F&B operations
• Complete knowledge of banquet and restaurant service operations
• Strong reading and writing skills for reports, SOPs, and communication
• Excellent verbal communication and guest interaction skills
