I. Planning and Execution:
Payables Management: Invoice Processing: Receive and review bills from internal stakeholders. Enter purchase details into Tally with all relevant information such asinvoice number, date, vendor name, and a detailed narration. Payment Processing: Schedule and process payments to vendors on due dates using RTGS or NEFT. Ensure all payments are accurately recorded and reconciled in Tally. Receivables Management: Client Information Management: Receive debtor details from internal stakeholders. For new clients, create and update client information in Tally, includingclient name, GST number, and address, along with detailed narrations. Invoice Preparation and Payment Receipt: Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on the provided details. Receive and record payments from clients through NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS. Ensure all payment receipts are accurately entered into Tally. Expense Management: Payment of Operational Expenses: Manage and process payments for various operational expenses including: Office rent (Chennai and Coimbatore Head Office) Wages and salaries Utility bills (electricity, water) Communication expenses (telephone and mobile bills for Airtel and Vodafone) Office consumables (food and beverages) Fuel bills for office vehicles Ensure timely payments through RTGS or NEFT and accurate recording in Tallywith detailed narrations. Bank Reconciliation: Daily Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of bank account balances against Tally accountbalances. Identify and resolve any discrepancies promptly. II. Professional Development: Workshops\/Seminars: Advanced financial modeling and valuation Strategic financial management Updates on tax laws and compliance Regulatory changes in the real estate sector Certifications: Certified Real Estate Financial Analyst (CREFA) Real Estate Investment Certification (REIC) Documentation: Copies of filed GST returns. Documentation for compliance with financial regulations. Records of filings and submissions to regulatory authorities. Vendor master file in Tally including name, GST number, and address. Documentation of vendor registration and approval. Payment schedules and due dates. RTGS\/NEFT transaction records for payments made. Payment confirmation receipts. Client master file in Tally including name, GST number, and address. Documentation of client registration and approval. Bills and invoices for operational expenses (rent, wages, utilities,communication, consumables, fuel). Expense approval documents. Detailed entries in Tally with narrations for all expenses. Daily bank account statements. Reconciled balances in Tally. Documentation of any discrepancies and their resolutions. Documentation of fund transfers and inter\-company transactions. V. Teamwork and Collaboration: Participate in department or other meetings and provide constructive inputsfor improvement Working as a team member and identifying opportunities for working withcolleagues and sharing the development of effective practice with them Ensuring that colleagues working with you are appropriately involved insupporting learning and understand the roles they are expected to fulfill KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: INTERNAL: EXTERNAL: Managing Director Director HR Department Procurement Department HOD\ Staff Auditors

Requirements
QUALIFICATION\/EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL: DESIRABLE: Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 5\-8 years of relevant experience in real estate companies would be givenpreference masters degree or professionalcertification (e.g., CA, CMA) is preferred
