Role & responsibilities

• Eligibility

  Education Finance & Accounts Graduate/ Post Graduate B.COM,BBA,M.COM, MBA/PGDM.

• Experience

  Candidate should have experience in HR Ops-Reporting &

  Good Communication

  is must, 1 to 3 Years HR Operation experience.

• Working days

  Monday – Friday (5 days working).

• Shit timing-

  4:00PM-1:00AM

• The process will be completely work form office only.

• Weekly Offs

  – Fixed Sat & Sun.

• Job Location

  – Bangalore(Office)

Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree or MBA with 1 to3 Years HR Operation knowledge & Good Communication must.

Skillset

The HR Operations Analyst ensures integrity of HR data and supports selected HR Ops and Payroll processes. Supporting our various departments and corporate offices in the US & Canada, the individual in this position follows pre-established processes works closely with partners in HR Shared Services.

Job Duties

• Execute mass data actions in company’s core HR system related to large-scale initiatives or data corrections

• Analyze and manipulate very large and complex sets of data, ensuring an accurate and timely outcome

• Run audit reports meant to identify data issues and perform subsequent corrections.

• Maintain data structures/objects in the HR system (i.e. departments, locations, position, etc.)

• Perform selected administrative activities related to payroll

• Data cleaning and Maintenance

• Handle support tickets related to basic core HR data and payroll questions/issues

Required Qualifications

• Exposure with SuccessFactors will be added advantage

• Excel, HR Life cycle, release offer letter, Promotion, Demotion, Transfer, Position Title change, Supervisor Change , W2 Form, Termination processing,I9 Verification, Employment verification & Employee referral.

• Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze large and complex sets of data

• Great written and verbal communication skills. Ease in collaborating with partners across multiple company functions. Ability to articulate complex concepts a simple way
