Work you ll do

  • Dealing with Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA (compliance and advisory) for looking after our firm s internal compliance and advisory related work etc.
  • Maintaining and updating databases on regular basis
  • Preparing, drafting, various POA/LOA and other documents required by various engagement teams/admin team.
  • Coordinating with various directors/partners for collecting documents, forms, signing and submission of forms
  • Participating in new internal projects and implementations
  • Legal research and updates and regular dissemination to the team
