Senior Executive - Compliance And Secretarial

As a core team member of a new age start-up in the Financial Services domain, your role will involve the following: - Completing compliance and secretarial practices for the company - Working on spreadsheet, word & presentations using office package tools - Demonstrating drafting/documentation skills in English & Hindi - Handling multi-domain tasks with a focus on quality - Conducting IFC (Internal Financial Control) audit, including financial statements and MIS control - Creating various documentation such as reports, policies, processes, SOPs, systems, etc., especially for consulting assignments and engaging with business partners - Coordinating with the start-up core team and showcasing managerial skills across support & control functions If you are confident in your ability to contribute to the long-term vision of the organization in the financial services sector, and if you are eager to build your expertise in establishing and growing an institution, this opportunity is ideal for you.
