Job Title: Senior Executive - Accounts Department Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Department Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts Supervise and mentor junior staff members in the department Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 4 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team CPA or other relevant certification is a plus If you meet the qualifications and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in the field of accounting, we encourage you to apply for the position of Senior Executive in our Accounts Department.
