As a Senior Client Servicing Executive, you will be the face of the agency for key clients — right from understanding briefs to delivering flawless events. You’ll collaborate with creative & operations teams, pitch ideas, negotiate confidently, and ensure every client interaction turns into a long-term relationship.

✔ Primary point of contact for clients

✔ Handle complete client servicing lifecycle

✔ Pitch concepts, manage budgets & close deals independently

✔ Coordinate with creative, production & operations teams

✔ Ensure seamless execution & timely delivery

✔ Build repeat & referral business

✔ Lead client meetings, presentations & post-event reviews
