Job Description

Role & responsibilities Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Marketing & Brand Promotion: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation. Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital content, and event strategies. Utilize social media, digital marketing, and other channels to drive engagement and customer acquisition. Analyze marketing data and ROI to optimize future campaigns. Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients and business partners. Address client queries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Team Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management. Train and mentor junior business development executives. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Mechanical and MBA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand promotion.
