Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical and plant machinery.
Maintain and repair gearboxes, bearings, shafts, chains, couplings, and pumps.
Align and level motors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
Install, dismantle, and overhaul machines and assemblies.
Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems (cylinders, valves, hoses, compressors).
Troubleshoot issues in paint machines, grinders, MIG/TIG welding machines (mechanical parts), EOT cranes, and conveyors.
Support utility maintenance compressed air lines, cooling systems, and material handling equipment.
Maintain lubrication schedules, oil levels, and greasing routines.
Document maintenance activities, logbooks, and checklists.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
5 years in industrial/mechanical maintenance

Hands-on knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance in manufacturing environments.
