Job Title: General Manager - Design (01 Positions) Qualification - Master's in Structural Engineering (ME Structures), Masters of Engineering ( Civil-Structural Engineering) Experience - 12+ years of experience in field of reinforced concrete precast concrete structure design Job Summary We are seeking an experienced engineer for the post of General Manager - Design to lead our design team for precast projects, provide technical support for sales and marketing team, and interact with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent technical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities - Lead design projects (precast/ CIS/ Steel) from design to delivery - Manage multiple simultaneous ongoing design projects- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions - Set and ensures highest standard of quality of all design deliverable. - Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors - Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations - Provide marketing support to promote precast solutions Key Skills - Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams - Expert in project management, planning, reviewing and altering for multiple project progress. - Excellent knowledge of national and international codes (IS, ACI, BS, Euro etc) - Proficient in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, STAAD Pro, Concise, MS office etc) - Sound knowledge on the BIM and detailing software (Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD etc) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Location - Pune or New Delhi Salary - Not a constraint for the deserving candidate If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please apply with your resume and a cover letter to kranti.riswadkar@elematic.com
