General Manager - Design

As a General Manager - Sales + Design, you will have the responsibility for the revenue of a region and oversee the growth and performance metrics of both the business and the team. Your role will involve taking complete ownership of essential initiatives such as product launches, process improvements, category expansion, and vendor management. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Provide valuable inputs for business decisions through qualitative analysis and in-depth quantitative insights. - Possess a strong grasp of design requirements and customer expectations to enhance business outcomes. - Lead, motivate, and manage a dynamic city team comprising Business / Design Managers, Designers, etc on a daily basis. - Develop an ecosystem that fosters a successful design experience for both internal teams and customers. - Ensure high-quality Design Closure of Livspace catalogue products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages, Furniture & Decor) and essential home improvement services in the region. - Drive and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as successful design sign-offs, error-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and team morale. - Act as the liaison between the city, customers, and Livspace to gather continuous feedback for ongoing improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - Sales expertise and experience in B2C sales. - Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team. - Proficiency in P&L management to drive business growth. - Knowledge of design principles and experience in interior design. - Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD and experience in modular kitchen design.
