Senior Executive / Asst. Manager

Candidate Profile:-

• The incumbent should be graduate in any discipline (Engineering/ Science/ Commerce) with post-graduation Degree/Diploma in Materials Management from reputed university/Institute with excellent academic background.
• He should have 6-7 years post qualification working experience in Reputed & well-known Chemicals/Epoxy Resins manufacturing plant to handle all aspect of Stores, Materials, Dispatch & Logistics department out of which 1-2 years experience handling Stores/Warehouse/ Logistics department independently as Head of Department & capable to handle a team of 5 company employees & more than 10 contract workers for loading & unloading work.
• Basic knowledge about GST & Input Tax credit will have added advantage.
• Excellent in MS Excel & knowledge to work on Materials Management module of Tally/SAP.

Job Profile:-

• He should have hands on experience of all activities of receiving Engineering materials, raw materials, chemicals including laboratory chemicals, lubricant & fuel materials, packing materials, office & stationary materials, unloading, stacking/storing at proper place, issue the materials from the stores to the concern department based on the proper & authentic Materials Issue Slip & keeping proper records & accounting each & every items.
• For receiving hazardous & inflammable material in bulk, he will coordinate to Production department & QCQA department simultaneously.
• He should have hands on experience of all activities of receiving finished products manufactured by the Production department stake it grade wise in the warehouse properly, arrange to load & dispatch the products based on the proper Delivery Order or Dispatch Order from Sales & Marketing Department. & keeping proper records & accounting of all the grade wise products.
• He should maintain stock of all the Engineering materials, raw materials, chemicals including laboratory chemicals & equipment/glassware, lubricant & fuel materials, packing materials, office & stationary materials etc.and coordinate with Factory Manager/Procurement Head for the fresh purchase.
• He will make daily stock report of Grade wise finished product & share it with Production Department, Sales & Marketing Department & other concern department.
• He will make daily stock report of all major bulk & imported raw materials & share it with Factory Manager, Procurement Head & other concern department.
• He will responsible to receive & issue Tax Invoices, Delivery Challan, LR, MSDS, test reports, weight bridge sleep, gate Pass, Check list, packing list etc. & send the invoices to the Accounts Department & Sales & Marketing department.
• He should have experience in periodical stock taking of the material, valuation & auditing of the stocks & stores.
