Production – Plant Operator

To Strengthening our Operation Team, we are looking for young, intelligent, dynamic, energetic & highly motivated person believing in long term professional relation for the post of Production Plant Operator for our factory location at Dahej GIDC, Dist: Bharuch in Gujarat.

Job Profile:- Production Plant Operator (0-5 Years) ITI AOCP

He will be contributing in production activities, such as plant process, operation, equipment operations etc

He will study & understand Production Process thoroughly & jobs involved, when & how to control the parameters in equipment at desired level for operating plant safely without any trouble & to get best quality product.

He will control & coordinate with co-workers for drumming, tanker loading, shifting the finished products through pipeline in the storage tank/Forklift in the warehouse & staking grade wise products at specified place.

He will coordinate with QC & R & D to take sample & Lab test of all incoming raw materials, Finished Products & Material in Process as per the given guideline & report to Production/Operation Manager if testing report is not up to the desired level.

He will fill-up Shift Log-sheet & record all fact & status of the plant, briefing to his reliver shift operator.

He will be responsible to address, handle & manage all issues pertaining to Qualitative & quantitative Production & operation of the shift.

He will be responsible for safe & trouble-free operation of the shift & produce best quality of products with minimum wastage/losses & maximum possible quantity as per the target given by Operation Manager.

He shall be responsible and should adhere to personal safety, besides all safety PPEs provided by plant leader.

He shall be responsible to maintain regular housekeeping in and around production and plant area.
