Role & responsibilities Sales Handle Customer walk-ins, sales inquiries at the Sales Office. Understand customer requirements and producing relevant information to meet them. Reports & Analysis Coordinate activities of specialists and conduct market survey to gauge competitor behavior. Prepare customer data bank and ensure regular follow ups to achieve monthly targets. Coordination Coordinate with Marketing Team to channelize marketing activities and positioning. Coordinate with Support Team for issuance of property letters and collections. Handle various events and property exhibitions held at various venues.
