About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager โ€“ Business Development to expand our Scrap Market Segment operations in Gujarat and Rajasthan. The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter with proven experience in the scrap/metal industry, adept at working with government bodies, PSUs, and corporate clients, and driving new business through e-auctions. Key Responsibilities: โœ… Achieve 100% of assigned business targets in the scrap auction market segment. โœ… Identify and onboard new clients, focusing on Government, PSU, and corporate sectors. โœ… Develop and deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively to secure new business. โœ… Conduct extensive travel (approx. 15 days/month) within Gujarat and Rajasthan to drive business growth. โœ… Coordinate with internal teams (Market Watch, Finance, Trade Settlement, CSG, and other business functions). โœ… Timely submission of MIS reports and active participation in weekly/monthly review meetings. โœ… Act as an individual contributor, demonstrating self-motivation and a drive to exceed targets. Ideal Candidate Profile: ๐Ÿ”น 3โ€“5 years of proven experience in Business Development/Sales/Marketing in the scrap/metal domain. ๐Ÿ”น Strong network within Government departments, PSUs, and Corporates. ๐Ÿ”น Proven track record of managing at least โ‚น20-50 Cr turnover with a client base of ~20 clients. ๐Ÿ”น Expertise in e-auction platforms and processes for scrap/commodity disposal. ๐Ÿ”น Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. ๐Ÿ”น Proficiency in Excel and business operations. ๐Ÿ”น Willingness to travel extensively to drive new business opportunities. ๐Ÿ”น A self-motivated go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
