Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant (Female)
Location: Kolkata
Salary: Upto 20 LPA

Position Overview:
The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the executive leadership team. This role demands exceptional organizational capability, strong communication skills, mature judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with absolute discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and highly efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and engagements.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and ensure seamless logistics.
  • Screen, review, and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, correspondence) and flag critical matters requiring executive attention.
  • Draft, prepare, proofread, and edit high-quality correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal documents.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and compile information required for executive decision-making and ongoing initiatives.
  • Prepare, track, and reconcile expense reports; maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, events, reviews, and conferences; ensure all materials and logistics are in place.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including documentation management, filing, data entry, and office coordination.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the executive leadership.
  • Assist in managing special projects, strategic initiatives, and business priorities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Female candidate preferred as per role requirement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in administration or management are an advantage.
  • 5–8+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate, hospitality, or high-demand professional environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
