Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and documentation.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including stakeholder communications.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Track tasks, deadlines, and key deliverables for leadership.
Assist in planning events, conferences, and executive engagements.
Review emails, draft responses, and prioritize key communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and execution.
Support executives in decision-making with organized data and updates.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle urgent situations.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Experience supporting senior or C-level leadership.
Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira).
Strong presentation and reporting skills.
