You are being hired as a Senior Executive Administration (Assistant to MD & CEO) at Circuit Systems India Pvt Ltd/PCB Power with 6+ years of experience in Ahmedabad (work from office only). Your responsibilities will include: - Organizing and maintaining schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Managing incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and correspondence with timely responses. - Creating, editing, and formatting reports, presentations, and other necessary documents. - Maintaining and organizing digital and physical files with confidentiality and easy retrieval. - Executing personal tasks such as arranging appointments, coordinating personal services, and managing daily errands efficiently and professionally. - Coordinating with contractors and service providers for timely and quality service delivery for household and property needs. - Organizing and coordinating personal and professional events, handling logistics and vendor management. - Planning and arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business and personal trips. - Monitoring and tracking expenses, processing invoices, and managing reimbursements related to personal and business activities. - Handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and acting as a trusted representative for the executive.
