Senior Executive Accounts Receivable (AR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations

  , including

  customer invoicing, cash application, and account reconciliations

  .
• Conduct

  credit checks

  and assess customer creditworthiness.

• Monitor AR aging reports

  , follow up with customers, and drive

  timely collections

  to optimize cash flow.
• Investigate and resolve

  payment discrepancies

  , coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Treasury) and external customers.
• Ensure

  accurate revenue recognition

  and compliance with

  US GAAP

  and

  IFRS

  standards.
• Support

  monthly and quarterly AR closing activities

  , including preparation of

  journal entries

  and related

  financial reporting

  .
• Prepare

  AR schedules

  and documentation to support

  internal and external audits

  .
• Identify opportunities for

  process improvement

  in AR and recommend automation or control enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree

  in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Masters preferred).

• 26 years

  of hands-on experience in

  Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash

  operations.
• Strong understanding of

  IFRS

  and

  US GAAP

  accounting principles.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and familiarity with

  ERP systems

  (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite preferred).
• Excellent

  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
