Role purpose:
To deliver best in class learner experience and impact for VOIS, creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content and applying tested instructional design theories, practice and methods, whilst working with subject matter experts and VOIS to identify training needs.
- 2-3 years working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
- Create and update classroom and online courses or trainings in the Learning Management System.
- Load, test and trouble shoot e-Learning content and liaise with content owner to resolve any issues before publishingEnrolment/Mark attendance of learners for classroom sessions where this has not been carried out online.
- Research, write, and manage online content including text, images, video, and other media.
- Edit and publish how-to video/audio content.
- Design visual solutions that educate and empower users.
- Create templates for digital assets .
- Proficiency in Story Boarding
- Innovate design processes to improve visual appeal and efficiency.
