Senior Engineering Manager

Role Overview: You will be working for one of Uplers" clients, AL, as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include Full Stack Development, Integration, DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure, and potentially AI Engineering. You will be part of a fast-paced startup team, contributing to product development and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Strong proficiency in Full Stack Development with expertise in React + TypeScript, MUI or Tailwind, WebSocket/live UIs - Experience in Python (Django), REST/GraphQL APIs, and optimization/sharding of PostgreSQL/MongoDB - Knowledge of frontend-backend architecture, state management (e.g., redux), and integration - Hands-on experience in DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure with skills in AWS/GCP/Azure deployment, autoscaling, monitoring, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code - Familiarity with AI Engineering concepts such as LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), vector search (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), RAG systems, and document processing Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of full-stack or backend-focused experience - Startup mentality with a strong inclination towards fast iteration, ambiguity, and ownership - Excellent product intuition and user-centered thinking Additional Details of the Company: Working at AlphaLaw offers a unique experience with a flat organizational structure and a focus on impact creation.
