Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - DG Sales - Lucknow

As a Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager in the M&S Vertical at our company in Lucknow, your role will involve leading sales efforts for the Portable & Stationary Generator Vertical. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building client relationships, working with channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Sales Targets for the M&S Division in the assigned area. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of genset products and drive growth. - Work closely with a team of Channel Partners to achieve sales targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the M&S generator set market. - Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing deals. - Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. - Stay updated on the M&S range, market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements. - Collaborate with product development and engineering teams. - Educate clients and prospects about product benefits, features, and applications. - Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. - Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies. - Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for promotional materials and campaigns. - Coordinate with service and support teams for successful project implementation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
