Senior Engineer - Software Development

Responsibilities

Design and implement backend infrastructure and APIs.
Write high-quality code that is robust, readable and scales.
Possess the drive to dive deep. thrive and progress even in ambiguous situations.
Encourage and support knowledge sharing within teams and external groups.
Troubleshoot & debug applications.
Adopt problem-solving as a way of life - always go to the root cause.
Collaborate with the team to discuss and implement ideas.
Build responsive, robust and optimized applications.

Requirements:

B.E/ B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/ M.S in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields from a premier institute.
3-6 years of work experience, having demonstrated problem-solving skills. Have experience designing and implementing non-trivial software systems (e.g., using multiple processes/threads/IPC etc.)
Proven expertise in building end-to-end AI/ML applications using TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, with strong MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning and understanding of model interpretability and responsible AI practices.
Development experience using Java Spring boot, Python, Android, ReactJS
Experience working on REST, Kafka based API integration
Experience on designing scalable and distributed systems.
Experience on docker, Kubernetes.
Good understanding of design patterns, object oriented design, and frameworks.
Experience in Algorithmic development
Proficient in RDBMS (SQL), familiar with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and well-versed in object-oriented design and design patterns.
