Job Description

Analyze and assess technical and operational issues to propose effective solutions.
Apply quality management principles and methodologies to improve project outcomes and process efficiency.
Evaluate and assess new product or project designs to ensure alignment with performance, safety, and compliance standards.
Create and review engineering designs and technical drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
Identify and interpret client design needs and project objectives.
Manage and resolve disputes or conflicts that arise during project execution.
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of product design and development to meet specified project timelines and quality requirements.
Oversee and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) systems and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and construction to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
