Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Construction Planning & Supervision

Plan and organize construction work at the site as per project requirements.
Supervise and direct daily activities of site personnel, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety norms.

Project Coordination & Monitoring

Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Quality Control & Compliance

Conduct quality checks at various construction stages and inspect completed work.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations on-site.

Technical Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and technical data.
Provide timely updates to project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

Identify technical challenges and implement prompt and practical solutions.
Ensure all technical issues are addressed with minimal project disruption.
