Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion within defined budget and quality parameters.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines, and track progress against set milestones.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to align objectives and resolve issues promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and decisions.

Resource & Budget Management

  • Monitor project budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Prepare and review financial reports and cost analysis for ongoing and completed projects.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor junior engineers and site teams to ensure performance and professional development.
  • Allocate responsibilities and ensure adherence to project deadlines.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and legal compliance.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, including technical drawings, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with procurement, design, legal, and finance teams to achieve overall project success.
  • Ensure seamless integration of all functional areas into the project workflow.
