Job Purpose:

To support the successful implementation of renewable energy projects by executing civil and/or electrical works at the site level. The role ensures adherence to design, safety, quality and compliance standards, thereby contributing to timely project completion and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil/electrical work execution at the site.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors and supervisors.
• Verify construction against approved drawings and BOQs.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance at all times.
• Maintain daily logs, reports and checklists.
• Monitor contractor productivity and performance.
• Provide technical support to junior engineers and supervisors.
• Assist in preparation of as built drawings and documentation.
• Conduct material inspection and issue reports.
• Liaise with planning and procurement teams for material availability.
• Assist in third-party inspections and compliance documentation.
• Prepare site measurement sheets and verify contractor billing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Field experience in EPC or renewable projects.
• Familiar with site execution, quality and safety practices.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
