Senior Engineer - Projects

As the Executive - Construction at Adani Realty, your primary responsibility is to execute project plans efficiently to ensure timely completion while upholding quality, safety, and cost efficiency standards. Your role will involve overseeing site execution, managing resources, coordinating with contractors, and monitoring project progress. You must proactively address any issues that may hinder project advancement and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Executing construction activities in accordance with project designs, drawings, and specifications. - Reviewing project plans to determine timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Monitoring daily construction activities to ensure adherence to standards and project requirements. - Managing daily labor, construction machinery, material requirements, and formwork. - Allocating tasks to certified sub-agencies as per work orders and ensuring planned output is achieved. - Controlling costs to align with the budget and promoting cost and productivity awareness among subcontractors. - Ensuring all construction work is within budget limits and contractual framework. - Conducting dimensional checks to verify conformity with drawings and specifications. - Enforcing safety compliance, including work permits, PPE usage, and daily toolbox talks. - Monitoring execution quality and ensuring compliance with required standards. - Maintaining daily progress reports for timely billing and submission. - Coordinating with stores/purchase department for material requirements. - Providing project reports to management and clients, discussing technical solutions and challenges. - Managing stakeholder communication effectively and fostering teamwork among team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience in construction project execution with strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and safety regulations.
