Job Description

This position is accountable for execution of retrofit projects small to medium scale from post order to handover which involves planning , dispatch , site supervision and handover. Candidate must ready to travel outside office to client side on regular basis. He may need to stay 10 to 15 days outstation based on requirement.

Receipt and review of Purchase Order / Technical specification of Customer.
Preparation of BOM and indent according to contract scope.
Kick off Meeting with customer for finalization of execution schedule
Engineering Document development with the help of in-house design and engineering team Preparation, Submission & Approval from customer.
Preparation & Release of indent (BOQ) for B/out items & fabricated items through SAP process ( PR )
Review & progress monitoring of fabricated items.
Arrangement for QA /QC checks with 3rd party
Monitoring of Dispatch as per invoicing plan.
Periodic visit to site for execution supervision
Complete work as per schedule within project budget and handover
Recovery of Payments as per Contract Terms.
Submission of project progress report to management
