Senior Engineer - Production

Key Responsibilities

Problem Analysis:
Analyze and assess complex production problems, applying critical thinking and engineering principles to find effective solutions.
Quality Assurance:
Apply quality principles and methodologies to all processes to enhance output, efficiency, and overall product quality.
Product Design & Development:
Manage the entire product design and development lifecycle to ensure all project and product requirements are met.
Client Needs:
Identify and assess the specific design needs of clients and translate them into actionable engineering plans.
Workplace Safety:
Oversee and manage the company's
Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
systems, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Conflict Management:
Effectively manage and resolve disputes and conflicts that may arise within the team or project.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in a senior engineering role within a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in applying quality principles and methodologies.
A deep understanding of product design and development processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
Knowledge of
Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
regulations and best practices.
