Job Description

Senior Engineer - Process Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Process Development & Improvement:
Develop new production techniques and modify existing designs to enhance efficiency and quality. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating
process improvement projects
.
Analysis & Optimization:
Conduct
process validation
and improvement initiatives. This includes
cycle time calculation
and
line balancing
to enhance overall productivity and throughput.
Layout & Planning:
Develop and optimize
layout plans
for production lines to improve workflow, minimize waste, and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a process engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in
process validation, improvement, and design
.
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on metrics such as
cycle time calculation
and
line balancing
.
Experience in
layout planning
and optimization.

Skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
The ability to innovate and implement new techniques.
