Job Description

Designing of SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) for various applications in the manufacturing process
Design fixtures & gauges for MIG welding robotic cells, ensuring precision and functionality
Work in mechanical machining and assembly line design, ensuring efficient and effective production processes
Well-versed with pneumatics, hydraulics, and servo systems used in automated manufacturing setups
Knowledge and application of traceability systems for tracking parts and processes throughout production
Proficiency in SolidWorks for designing and simulating parts, fixtures, and systems

Required Candidate Profile:

Strong experience in designing SPMs, fixtures, and gauges for welding and robotic applications
Hands-on experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and servo systems
Ability to design and implement traceability systems in manufacturing setups
Expertise in SolidWorks for creating 3D models and designs
