Job Description

Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Technical Maintenance:
Apply your expertise in
Electrical Circuits
and
Hydraulic Circuits
to troubleshoot and repair machinery. You will also be responsible for
Utility Maintenance
, including managing
Air Compressors, DG Sets
, and
Transformers
.
PLC & Automation:
Utilize your knowledge of
PLC Programming
to maintain and optimize automated systems on the production line.
Molding Equipment:
Perform all maintenance activities for both
Blow Molding
and
Injection Molding
machines.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with audit requirements such as
VSA, ISO
, and
IATF
. You will be responsible for maintaining all relevant audit documents.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably within the automobile or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of
Electrical
and
Hydraulic Circuits
.
Experience with
PLC Programming
and utility equipment maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of
Blow Molding
and
Injection Molding
machine maintenance.

Skills

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong technical and diagnostic skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Meticulous attention to detail for documentation and compliance.
