Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer for our Production Planning & Controlling (PPC) department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing production plans, updating demand in our systems, ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery, and conducting loss analysis to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Production Plan: Develop and maintain effective production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Demand Updation: Regularly update and maintain demand data in the system to ensure accurate scheduling and inventory management.
• Ensure OTIF: Monitor and ensure that all production targets are met on-time and in-full to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Loss Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of production losses, derive actionable recommendations, and follow up on their implementation to ensure closure of identified issues.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).

Skills:

• • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and derive strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
