1. Release Daily production plan for all Assembly lines.
2. Release Monthly production plan based on customer requirement.
3. Annual and 6 month forecast for production and line load review.
4. Monthly Production plan meeting with all supporting departments.
5. Gap analysis of low OEE / Beki do rate of production.
6. Efficient utilization of resources.
7. Release Kanban to production lines.
8. Ensure the availability of FG Stock as per norms.
9. Monitor the activity/events as per master schedule.
10. Physical inventory of WIP.
Have relevant experience in PPC Department of 7 to 12 years.
