1. Capacity Planning, manpower planning as per customer schedule.
2. Releasing of monthly / weekly / daily production of planning.
3. Co-ordination with Production, Purchase, Stores & Dispatch dept .
4. Analysis of various factors like multiple Shift Operations / Plant Utilization / Norm Efficiency / Capacity Status etc.
5. Raw Material issue Vs Production Monitoring / WIP Monitoring / Monitoring of Dispatch as per requirement.
6. Coordinator for Internal & External Customer for achieving organizational ultimate objectives.
7. Prepare annual manpower budget in line with sales budget in co-ordination with production.
Pulling material from production dept for meeting days & 3 days trim plan.
